We recently had Rilla Coatings install epoxy floors throughout our home — a metallic marble-style floor in our open concept living, kitchen, and dining area, and a flake epoxy floor in the hallway. I just had my garage floor completed yesterday so I cannot review the quality or how Manny handles issues since I haven't had any. BUT Manny had great communication all the way from me calling to get him to give me a quote all the way to its complete and your invoice has been sent. He started when he said he would and finished when he said he would and was very friendly and professional. His prices were lower than the huge companies and he seemed to care about the job from the start, unlike the big companies who treat you like a number from the start. If I have any issues with the quality I'll be sure to update my review but I'm hopeful that there will not be any and confident that he will handle the issues promptly if there does happen to be any.

We had a couple hiccups during this job (to no fault of Manny but weather and foundational issues), and Manny was adamant on perfecting the job for me and is serious about customer service. One thing Manny is going to do for certain is GET IT DONE!! He did everything I asked of him and more. He made sure every job was done to completion no matter how much time it took. From the initial consult meeting, I was confident that he would be able to exceed all I asked. From painting accent walls, wallpapering, mounting tv’s, installing a security system to installing ceiling fans and slat wall paneling…He did it ALL!!
